We cover Byron Bay, Ballina, Lennox Head, Ocean Shores, Mullumbimby, Bangalow, Alstonville and surrounding areas.
This will depend on the job but most of our cleaners work solo, which ensures service consistency.
We aim to schedule the same cleaner as much as we can so you know who to expect. If they are not available, another one of our team will attend.
After every clean, you will have the opportunity to rate your service with a number out of 5 and provide a comment. All ratings that come through are closely monitored. If we have questions or concerns please get in touch. If we need to return to action something, we will when the request is reasonable. All feedback provided is shared with our cleaners to ensure we are delivering the 5 star service we are known for and can ensure if the cleaner is doing regular cleaning for you, where they need to add more focus.
Prior to your clean, you will receive reminder email that includes the name of your cleaner.
We take the recruitment of new cleaners very seriously and invest significant amounts of energy into it. Recruitment is a multi-staged process and all cleaners are vetted before performing any services.
If it’s been more than 4 weeks since your last thorough house clean, we recommend adding a deep clean to your first service. This allows our cleaner to focus extra time on the initial clean, which will make the next clean less of a chore.
You can reschedule your service through by calling us or emailing us. We do need 24 hours notice. If we turn up to do the service and cant get access or you need to reschedule, we may not be able to refund you but will try and accommodate a reschedule if we can.
Following each cleaning service, you’ll receive an email to rate your service out of 5 and leave a comment. Our team closely monitors all ratings that come through. If for some reason you are unhappy with your service, our team will be in touch with both you and the cleaner, to resolve any concerns.

We have no lock-in contracts, so you can cancel within 24 hours of a service. If we turn up do the service and you want to cancel then, we will not be able to refund monies already paid because we need to cover the lost wages for your cleaner.
